Connah's Quay High School is seeking a dedicated, compassionate and highly organised Pastoral Coordinator to join our strong pastoral team and make a meaningful difference to the lives of young people. Working with a designated year group, you will play a key role in supporting learners to overcome barriers to learning, improve behaviour and attendance, and develop the skills, resilience and attitudes needed to succeed in school and beyond. This is a rewarding role for someone passionate about inclusion, wellbeing and learner development.

Responsibilities- Work closely with teaching staff, families and external agencies, providing targeted intervention and acting as a trusted point of contact for learners.
