We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented International Compliance Manager to lead our global privacy and data protection initiatives, with a strong focus on GDPR and related privacy regulations. The role will involve constructing, implementing, and embedding best-in-class compliance practices into CONMED’s International markets.
The Compliance Manager’s first responsibility will be updating, implementing, and maintaining CONMED’s compliance program and strategies. This includes helping to ensure CONMED leaders, employees, and distribution, sales, and business partners understand and comply with laws to do business consistently with CONMED values, while preserving CONMED’s strong reputation of business with integrity.
Along with this work, there will be ongoing reviews with respect to compliance-reviewed contracts related to distribution partners, physician consultants, and medical education, in addition to distributor audits and training on compliance matters.
