Role Overview: As a Domiciliary Community Carer, you will support individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and improve quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients at home.
  • Assist with daily activities such as meal prep, housekeeping, and hygiene.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support.
  • Assist with medication management and appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the care team.
