My client has recently purchased an exciting property on the outskirts of Stroud. They are about to commence the work to extend and renovate the property which will form the stand-alone restaurant to the separate farm shop and café. The restaurant will support the gastro pub but will create a unique offering in this exciting business.

There will be retail space which will help attract people to the overall development. The restaurant will have fantastic breakfasts, inspired lunches, and great cakes, pastries, and salads to support the daytime trade. The majority of trade will be daytime, weekdays and weekends; however, during some times there will be special evenings usually towards the end of the week.

It is a great opportunity for a high calibre gastro pub or restaurant manager to make a step towards a better quality of life, whilst not losing the business and style you associate with running a great dining pub. You will have exceptional front of house skills, a great knowledge of food, great skills at managing people, and a good knowledge of wine.

You will need ambition to drive standards and have the ability to inspire customers and people; you will be a face of the operation that customers will want to see. Confidence is key.
