The Coniston Hotel Country Estate & Spa in Yorkshire is seeking a dynamic Spa Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations across Spa, Leisure and Fitness. You will work with department heads to maintain luxury standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences, while developing teams and driving service excellence.
You'll be a hands-on leader with strong commercial acumen, managing rosters, budgets and wellbeing programmes, and stepping in as Duty Manager when required.
