The Role: Blossom Kitchen Team Leader

Reporting to: Operations Manager

Salary: £27,000 – £29,000 + tips

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Team Leader to join our award-winning spa restaurant, Blossom Kitchen. Inspired by nature and wellness, our menu focuses on nourishing, seasonal dishes with a creative flair – perfectly complementing the Nàdarra Spa experience.

As Blossom Kitchen Team Leader, you’ll take a hands‑on approach to ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations within the kitchen and front‑of‑house areas, working closely with the Spa Operations Manager. You’ll lead and motivate a small team, uphold the highest standards of service, and contribute to an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the Blossom Kitchen team to deliver outstanding guest experiences at all times.
  • Ensure a warm, professional, and efficient service aligned with the spa’s relaxing and wellness-driven ethos.
  • Oversee food safety, hygiene, and health & safety compliance across all kitchen and service areas.
  • Support with staff training, development, and performance management.
  • Assist the Operations Manager with day-to-day service coordination, stock control, and ordering.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments, including Spa, Maintenance, and Housekeeping, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Monitor quality standards and feedback, addressing guest queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Actively contribute ideas to enhance menu offerings, service style, and overall efficiency.

You’ll be an enthusiastic and organised leader with a genuine passion for hospitality, food, and guest service. You’ll thrive in a busy yet calm environment and have:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a hospitality or food service environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • A proactive approach and hands‑on attitude.
  • Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
