The Role
As a**Housekeeping Office Coordinator**, you will play an important role in supporting the smooth operation of the housekeeping department during the evening shift.
You will work closely with the housekeeping team and management to coordinate daily activities, maintain accurate information, and ensure the department operates efficiently.
The successful candidate must be confident using both**Opera and Uni Focus**and have a good understanding of hotel housekeeping operations.

- Location: SE1, London.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the housekeeping department during the evening shift.
- Support housekeeping supervisors and team members with operational requirements.
- Monitor and update room and housekeeping information using**Opera and Uni Focus**.
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping, reception, and other hotel departments.
- Assist with room status updates and ensure information is accurate and up to date.
- Respond to housekeeping-related requests and queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records and support the smooth running of the housekeeping office.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the evening operation.
- Assist supervisors and management with any additional administrative and operational tasks as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience within a**housekeeping department**is essential.
- Previous experience in a**Housekeeping Office Coordinator**or similar role is preferred.
- Confident and experienced using**Opera and Uni Focus**.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Ability to remain calm and organised in a busy hotel environment.
- Good spoken English is required.
- Professional and positive attitude.
