Help shape the commercial future of one of the world's greatest museums.
Our client, The V&A, welcomes millions of visitors every year. To better connect audiences with experiences, increase commercial performance and create long-term customer value, they’re building a sophisticated customer growth function. We're helping them find someone to lead it.
The opportunity
This is a leadership role with genuine influence across the organisation. You'll build the strategies that drive customer growth across retail, ecommerce and new commercial initiatives.
Working closely with Retail, Digital, Audience Insight and Marketing teams, you'll help create a more connected customer experience across every touchpoint.
You'll introduce better performance marketing, stronger customer thinking, improved measurement and foster a culture where commercial decisions are driven by insight rather than assumption.
Who we're looking for
You've probably built customer growth in a consumer business - retail, travel, hospitality, entertainment - the sector is less important than the fact that you work at an organisation where marketing directly drives commercial performance.
As the ideal candidate you're commercially minded but customer obsessed. You understand digital acquisition, ecommerce, customer journeys and performance marketing. You enjoy working across functions, influencing stakeholders and helping organisations become more customer-centric. Most importantly, you're motivated by building something.
Why this role matters
The V&A believes commercial growth and cultural purpose can strengthen one another.
This role is all about helping prove it.
