Marketing & Communications Manager (Short Courses)
London | Hybrid | 12-month FTC, Maternity Cover
We’re hiring a commercially minded marketer to lead Short Courses marketing at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. This is a 12-month maternity cover contract, offering full ownership of Short Courses marketing during an important growth period for the portfolio.
This is a hands‑on role focused on:
- Leading integrated campaigns
- Using data and insight to optimise performance
- Supporting growth targets of 15%
You’ll own marketing across a portfolio of in‑person and online courses delivered in London, New York and online.
We’re looking for someone with:
- At least 5 years’ experience in a marketing role with responsibility for campaign delivery
- Hands‑on experience managing digital marketing campaigns (ideally with experience of PPC search and/or display or working alongside an agency to deliver this)
- Experience using data and analytics to evaluate and optimise marketing performance
- Experience of CRM (Ideally Spektrix) system to segment audiences and support campaign delivery
- Experience managing multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Comfortable working in a hands‑on role, while also contributing to campaign planning and strategy
- An Interest in arts, culture or creative industries
- Ideally available to start in June
