We’re hiring a commercially minded marketer to lead Short Courses marketing at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. This is a 12-month maternity cover contract, offering full ownership of Short Courses marketing during an important growth period for the portfolio.
This is a hands-on role focused on:
- Driving course occupancy
- Improving digital marketing ROI
- Leading integrated campaigns
- Using data and insight to optimise performance
- Supporting growth targets of 15%
You’ll own marketing across a portfolio of in-person and online courses delivered in London, New York and online.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong digital campaign experience (PPC, email, web)
- Commercial marketing mindset
- Confidence using analytics and CRM data
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
- An interest in arts, culture or creative industries
- Ideally available to start in June
