Congleton Museum is looking for a part-time Educational Officer to lead the development and delivery of three new education projects from October 2026 to May 2027.
The role will involve developing three new primary school workshops linked to the National Curriculum and the museum's collections, creating at least seven family handling boxes for use in the museum galleries, and leading a collaborative Children's History of Congleton project with a local primary school, resulting in an exhibition and accompanying booklet.
The role is project-based, with a workload approximately equivalent to 18 hours per week, and offers flexible working, combining work at the museum and in local schools with remote work.
