A quick snapshot… The RVP, Partnerships – EMEA is responsible for leading and expanding partnership-driven business initiatives across the EMEA region. Reporting to the SVP, Global Partnerships, this role serves as the regional architect and steward of the partnership business plan, fostering collaborative growth with strategic partners and internal stakeholders. The position requires a forward-thinking leader skilled in setting regional vision, managing objectives, and aligning cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional business results within the EMEA and APAC ecosystems.

Here’s what we’re looking for...

  • Key Responsibilities
    • Lead EMEA and APAC Partnership Business Plan: Develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive regional business plan for partnership-led initiatives, ensuring alignment with the global GTM strategy.
    • Manage Regional Objectives and Pipeline: Set and monitor EMEA and APAC-specific objectives and targets, proactively managing the business pipeline to achieve regional growth and revenue goals.
    • Collaborate with Marketing on Vertical Integration: Work closely with Marketing to align EMEA and APAC use cases, success stories, and messaging; partner with enablement teams to drive joint marketing initiatives and competency development across the region.
    • Set Regional Vision and Investment Plans: Define the long-term vision for EMEA and APAC partnership-led business and develop investment plans to support strategic objectives and market expansion.
    • Forecasting and Target Setting: Lead regional forecasting and target-setting processes, ensuring accurate projections and effective resource allocation for EMEA and APAC.
    • Nurture Relationships: Build and sustain high-value executive relationships with regional partners and advocate for partnership success with EMEA and APAC sales leaders.
    • Govern Leadership Mapping: Establish and maintain a governance framework for regional leadership mapping, ensuring clear accountability and partner positioning.
    • Identify & Implement Proactive Origination Plays: Lead efforts to identify regional business opportunities and implement origination plays that drive new revenue streams.
    • Joint Offering Ideation: Spearhead the development of joint offerings with partners tailored to the EMEA and APAC market, ensuring competitive positioning.
    • Conduct QBRs/MBRs: Organise and lead Quarterly and Monthly Business Reviews with regional partners to assess performance and drive continuous improvement.
    • Track Team KPIs: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the EMEA and APAC partnership team, driving accountability and high performance.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Objective-Based Metrics: Achievement of EMEA and APAC partnership objectives and targets.
  • Pipeline and Revenue Growth: Expansion of qualified pipeline and delivery of revenue from regional partnership-led business.
  • Partner Influenced Revenue: Volume and quality of new revenue generated through and with EMEA and APAC partnership initiatives.
  • N2P (New to Partner) Initiatives: Successful launch and scaling of new partner-led offerings in the regions.

Here’s what will give you an edge…

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in partnership management and sales. Proven track record in GTM leadership roles within multinational organisations, specifically within the EMEA and APAC market.
  • Skills: Proven ability in regional strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, executive relationship management, and team leadership.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • Competencies: Strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, exceptional communication abilities, deep understanding of the EMEA and APAC partnership ecosystem (SI, VAR, and Technology partners).
