What’s the role?
This is an exciting opportunity for a CRM Executive to join our team on a fixed term basis for 12 months at Confused.com. 2026 looks to be an exciting year for our CRM team as we launch various AI initiatives to improve our customer journeys through an omni-channel approach, utilising email, SMS, push notifications & onsite personalisation. Day to day, you’ll be working in a fast paced, multi-channel environment, perfect for candidates with hands-on email and CRM marketing experience. We’re looking for someone who wants to take their career up a level with more responsibility, project ownership and who are looking to challenge themselves driving CRM to the next level.

- Developing and implementing automated customer journeys
- Deploying tactical campaigns
- Working with a broad range of stakeholders inside and outside the team
You’ll also be independently coming up with new creative ways to:
- Improve performance
- Optimise the best ways to target, and reward existing customers - whether it’s via email, SMS, or push notifications
- Find new opportunities to target customers
What we're looking for
Essentials
- Ability to create automated multi-channel user journeys and complex workflows in a Customer Engagement Platform (CEP) to support objectives of improving engagement and conversion
- Good understanding of data management, analysis and reporting such as Google Analytics and Tableau
- Ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders within the business areas and the wider business to deliver timely and effective campaigns
- Strong planning and organisational skills, with proven ability to work to strict deadlines and manage multiple channels and campaigns simultaneously
Desirables
- Experience using Braze or similar CEP
- Knowledge of automated lifecycle programs, dynamic content, testing methodologies and inbox placement
- Experience building SMS, push notifications and in-app campaigns
- Basic email HTML coding experience
- Experience working within the insurance or finance market
- Experience working with retention and loyalty programmes
