Confluent Medical Technologies is growing! We’re looking for a Warehouse Coordinator 2 to join our Warwick, RI Team. In this position, you must have a strong background in warehouse operations, specifically in shipping and receiving within a regulated manufacturing environment. You will support the daily coordination of incoming and outgoing materials while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. You should be detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative to help meet Confluent’s production timelines and operational goals.

As a uniquely qualified candidate, you will:

  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming raw materials and components for production use.
  • Coordinate shipping activities for both domestic and international shipments, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and documentation requirements.
  • Package materials and products safely and efficiently in accordance with company SOPs and customer specifications.
  • Work with Inventory Control and Production teams to ensure timely material availability and movement.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels through cycle counting and data entry.
  • Ensure materials are properly labeled, stored, and staged to support production demands.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.) safely and maintain certification, as applicable.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and shipping/receiving areas.
  • Utilize ERP systems (such as Oracle or SAP) to document transactions and maintain inventory records.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations.
  • Communicate effectively across departments to resolve issues related to shipping delays, material discrepancies, and documentation.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or technical training preferred.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in warehouse operations, shipping, and receiving, preferably in a manufacturing or medical device environment.
  • Working knowledge of international and domestic shipping requirements and documentation.
  • Familiarity with inventory systems and ERP software required (Oracle experience a plus).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time.
