Job Description

Confluent Medical Technologies is dedicated to working collaboratively with our customers, taking their projects from rapid prototype into high volume production. Our primary capabilities include: Nitinol components, balloon expandable stents and balloon catheters, delivery systems, biomedical textiles, access kits, and guidewires. We are looking for a Production Planner to join our team. As a qualified candidate, you will be responsible for production planning and inventory control for multiple products while prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay. This individual will take a lead role in continuous improvement, product flow, and capacity enhancement to improve overall manufacturing efficiency while meeting service level targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Develop and maintain production schedules for multiple product lines.
  2. Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure production targets are met.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and adjust plans accordingly.
  4. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance capacity and efficiency.
  5. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience in production planning or manufacturing operations.
  2. Strong organizational and communication skills.
  3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  4. EU work permit is required.
