More about the role & team: Confluence is looking for a senior strategic partnerships leader to help build and scale our partnerships organisation across the UK and Europe. • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing and Client Service teams to increase partner-influenced pipeline and revenue opportunities.
  • Represent Confluence at industry events, partner meetings and executive-level discussions across the region.
  • Maintain clear visibility of partnership activity, relationships, opportunities and outcomes through Salesforce.

Why Join Us

  • Build a strategic partnerships function from the ground up and help shape its future direction.
  • Enjoy high visibility with senior leadership and influence across multiple business functions.
  • Create measurable impact on market visibility, commercial growth and revenue generation.
  • Work at the centre of Confluence's growth strategy, connecting Sales, Product, Marketing and Client Service teams.
