Are you a true new business hunter with a passion for solving complex challenges in the asset management space? At
Confluence , we’re looking for an experienced
Enterprise Sales Director to join our high-performing team and drive growth across our suite of investment lifecycle solutions.
You’ll be selling into asset managers, fund administrators, investment consultants, wealth managers, and asset owners, backed by a collaborative team and a product set that is well-established, price competitive, and best-in-class.
This role covers the UK, Ireland and Nordics markets, with some travel expected.

Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally selling Analytics software or data solutions to financial institutions.
- Proven success in new logo acquisition and complex, high‑value sales cycles.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
- Experience selling into risk, performance, and operations teams within asset management.
- Comfortable with medium to long sales cycles (6–18 months) and mid‑large deal sizes.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Linked In Navigator, Microsoft Teams, and core Office tools.
- Familiarity with Miller Heiman or similar sales methodologies.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
