They should be highly organized , capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities , and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English . Process analysis, change management , and meeting facilitation are essential, alongside the ability to present information accurately. Regulatory While not mandatory, experience with JIRA, NetSuite, and Salesforce is beneficial. A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, fintech, business studies, computer science , or a related field is preferred—though equivalent work experience will be considered.
