Join Confluence as a Project Manager. Confluence has grown into a global company with a diverse workforce, and we are looking for a leader to manage projects within our Project Management Office (PMO). This role involves leading crossâfunctional teams, upholding project governance, and providing transparent reporting to stakeholders to enable timely decisionâmaking.
As a Project Manager, you will lead crossâfunctional project teams, uphold project governance standards, and provide centralised, transparent reporting to stakeholders. You will work within a globally distributed team, collaborating with Client Experience colleagues and attending the London office at least one day per week.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with crossâdisciplinary teams to ensure alignment on project requirements, scope deadlines, and project plan schedules.
- Lead project meetings to drive decisionâmaking and identify and mitigate risks.
- Manage projects in alignment with contractual agreements.
- Prepare status reports using relevant data and insights.
- Establish and execute effective communication plans.
- Manage scope, including change requests, and assess their impact on timelines and budgets.
- Secure client acceptance and manage satisfaction during project transitions.
