More About The Role & Team: As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of solutions to our clients and act as a liaison across a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external, by way of your deep understanding of the FinTech industry coupled with exceptional system, technology, analysis and communication skills. Consultants collaborate with clients to understand their business problems, analyse their current business processes, understand the clients' success criteria, translate that into requirements, and assist in the design to deliver the best implementation to meet the clients' goals. You would be supporting our Signal platform, which manages Investment Compliance Monitoring (ICM), forming part of a global team across Europe, North America, India and South Africa.

Responsibilities:

  • Support implementation of Signal and potential future products, collaborating with product and development teams.
  • Engage with clients to understand business problems and success criteria; translate into requirements and design specifications.
  • Work with stakeholders across multiple regions to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 7+ years experience in investment compliance, either within a compliance function at an asset manager, or in a consulting or implementation role at a software vendor or consultancy.
  • Extensive client-facing experience with the ability to lead conversations with authority and credibility.
  • Hands-on experience configuring or implementing compliance platforms.

Technical / Regulatory Knowledge:

  • Substantial shareholding legislation and disclosure rules.
  • Sensitive industries legislation and regulatory obligations.
  • Position limits legislation.
  • SEC regulatory filings, including 13G and 13F-2.
  • Strong data and gap analysis capabilities, including detailed knowledge of asset type treatment.

Consulting Capability:

  • Ability to advise, challenge, and guide clients with confidence.
  • A genuine desire to remain hands-on across client engagement and system setup.
  • Strong problem-solving approach with exceptional analytical understanding.
