Role Summary
The AI Transformation Lead is responsible for driving the delivery and adoption of the organization’s AI agenda, focusing on areas that can create genuine commercial and operational value. Working closely with senior leaders across Client Experience, Sales, Finance, HR, Legal and Operations, the role identifies opportunities, develops pilots and scales successful use cases into everyday operations. This hands‑on role has high visibility across the business and sits between business teams, technology and risk. Success is measured via revenue impact, efficiency improvements and lasting behaviour change while ensuring the right governance and operating discipline to scale AI safely and responsibly.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years’ experience in transformation, change leadership, consulting, or digital enablement roles, ideally within B2B SaaS, FinTech, or regulated services environments.
- Practical understanding of GenAI, copilots, automation and workflow redesign from a business and operating‑model perspective.
- Proven experience identifying high‑value AI use cases, taking them from pilot through to scaled, embedded adoption.
- Track record of linking technology adoption to revenue activation, delivery efficiency or decision‑making improvement.
- Advanced capability in driving adoption and behaviour change, including communications, training, coaching and impact measurement.
- Confidence working across Sales, Client Experience, Finance, HR, Legal, Risk and Technology, translating between technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience establishing AI guardrails, usage policies and risk controls in partnership with Legal, InfoSec and Compliance.
- Ability to influence senior leaders, navigate competing priorities and build trust across distributed teams.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, transformation, information systems, behavioural science or a related field is required; a master’s or MBA is preferred.
- Certifications such as Prosci, Scrum, PMP or equivalent are beneficial.
