We are hiring an Account Director to manage and grow a portfolio of high‑value asset‑management clients in the UK. This commercially focused role involves owning senior client relationships while actively identifying and delivering revenue growth across an established client base. You will work with large, complex organisations, engaging stakeholders at COO and global leadership levels, and partnering closely with internal teams to deliver solutions across multiple products.

Responsibilities

  • You will take ownership of a portfolio of high‑value, established clients and play a hands‑on role in how those relationships develop over time.
  • The focus is on deepening existing partnerships, identifying opportunities across products, and driving meaningful revenue growth within complex organisations.
  • This is a role for someone who enjoys commercial responsibility, senior‑level engagement, and shaping long‑term client outcomes rather than maintaining the status quo.

Qualifications

  • Experience within asset management or financial technology, ideally linked to regulatory, analytics, performance or reporting solutions.
  • Proven track record managing and growing large, complex client accounts with senior stakeholder exposure.
  • Clear commercial capability with evidence of upsell, cross‑sell and revenue growth within existing accounts.
  • A balanced background across account management and sales, rather than purely relationship or new business roles.
  • Confidence handling complex client conversations and progressing deals through to close.
  • Strong understanding of how large asset managers operate and make buying decisions.
  • Typically five or more years of relevant experience, with depth and quality of experience valued over tenure.

Benefits

  • Generous Time Off packages including additional half days with each public holiday in your location.
  • Global Career Development opportunities.
  • Social events.
  • Referral Bonus scheme – up to USD 3,000 per successful referral.
  • Other benefits available.

Location

London, United Kingdom – office at St. Paul’s in London. Flexible working options are available for all employees.
