What skills and experience do I need to succeed?
- 8+ years' experience in enterprise IT infrastructure or networking roles
- Strong hands‑on experience with Cisco technologies (Firepower, ISE, SD‑WAN – Viptela/Catalyst)
- Deep knowledge of network infrastructure (routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, load balancing)
- Expertise in routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) across multi‑site environments
- Proven experience designing, implementing, and transitioning solutions into production
- Strong troubleshooting skills, including root cause analysis and incident resolution
- Experience maintaining infrastructure health (patching, upgrades, configurations)
- Experience in SaaS or cloud‑based environments
