We are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to deliver regional marketing activity across Northern Europe and South Africa/APAC, working closely with Sales and central marketing teams to support commercial priorities. This role focuses on executing campaigns, webinars and events that help drive engagement and support pipeline growth across a varied regional remit. You will own marketing activity end-to-end, from shaping ideas through to delivery, coordination and review, ensuring activity is relevant, well-executed and aligned to regional needs. The role offers broad exposure across markets and products and is well suited to someone who enjoys variety, delivery and close collaboration with Sales.
What skills and experience do I need to succeed?
- You’ll bring experience in B2B marketing, ideally within enterprise software, marketing to investment management clients, and be comfortable owning delivery.
- Experience delivering B2B marketing campaigns, webinars and/or events.
- A hands-on, delivery-led approach with ownership of activity from start to finish.
- Confidence working closely with Sales teams to support regional priorities.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Experience working with agencies or central marketing teams to deliver campaigns.

This role is based in London and follows a hybrid working model. Thursday is the main in-office anchor day, with additional office attendance as required for collaboration and business needs. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing and Product colleagues across regions, so strong communication skills and comfort working with distributed teams are essential. The culture supports flexibility and autonomy, alongside clear expectations around ownership, delivery and engagement.
