As a Project Manager within our Project Management Office (PMO), you will lead crossâfunctional project teams, uphold project governance standards, and provide centralised, transparent reporting to stakeholdersâenabling timely and informed decisionâmaking at all levels. You will be part of a globally distributed team, with colleagues based across multiple countries. You'll work alongside Client Experience colleagues and be expected to attend the office at least one day per week. This inâoffice presence fosters meaningful collaboration, particularly with our Client Experience team.

Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with crossâdisciplinary teams to ensure alignment on project requirements, scope deadlines, and project plan schedules.
- Lead project meetings to drive decision making, identify and mitigate risks.
- Manage projects in alignment with contractual agreements.
- Prepare status reports using relevant data and insights.
- Establish and execute effective communication plans.
- Manage scope, including change requests and assess their impact on timelines and budgets.
- Secure client acceptance and manage satisfaction during project transitions.
