This job is for a Sales Director New Business in Northern Europe, based in London, United Kingdom. The position is permanent and full-time, with a hybrid working model (2+ days per week in the St Paul's office).

At Confluence, we are committed to innovation, precision, and partnership in the investment data space. We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to join our high-performing team and drive growth across our suite of investment lifecycle solutions.

You will be selling into asset managers, fund administrators, investment consultants, wealth managers, and asset owners, supported by a collaborative team and a well-established product set.

This role covers the UK, Ireland, and Nordics markets, with some travel expected.

What skills and experience do I need to succeed?

  • 7-10+ years of enterprise sales experience, ideally selling analytics software or data solutions to financial institutions
  • Proven success in new logo acquisition and complex, high-value sales cycles
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience selling into risk, performance, and operations teams within asset management
  • Comfortable with medium to long sales cycles (6-18 months) and mid-large deal sizes
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, Microsoft Teams, and core Office tools
  • Familiarity with Miller Heiman or similar sales methodologies
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
