This is a senior, hands-on networking opportunity where you’ll own enterprise infrastructure end-to-end — from initial design through implementation and into steady-state operations. Working closely with infrastructure and business stakeholders, you’ll deliver complex network solutions while ensuring they are scalable, secure, and fully embedded into ongoing support. This role exists to strengthen internal expertise and reduce reliance on external vendors, placing you at the center of critical infrastructure transformation initiatives.
You’ll operate as a true Subject Matter Expert and technical escalation point, leading troubleshooting, optimizing performance, and driving continuous improvement across the network estate. Beyond delivery, you’ll play a key role in enabling the wider team through knowledge transfer, documentation, and best practices. This role suits a senior network engineer who enjoys both building and owning solutions, and who thrives in environments where they can influence standards, drive change, and work across large-scale, multi-site infrastructure.

- Proven experience designing, implementing, and transitioning solutions into production
- Strong troubleshooting skills, including root cause analysis and incident resolution
- Experience maintaining infrastructure health (patching, upgrades, configurations)
- Experience in SaaS or cloud-based environments
- Exposure to virtualized infrastructure (e.g., VMware)
- Familiarity with enterprise storage platforms (e.g., NetApp)
- Experience with scripting or automation (PowerShell, Python, Terraform, Ansible)
