More about the role & team

As a Project Manager within our Project Management Office (PMO), you will lead cross-functional project teams, uphold project governance standards, and provide centralised, transparent reporting to stakeholders—enabling timely and informed decision-making at all levels. You will be part of a globally distributed team, with colleagues based across multiple countries. You’ll work alongside Client Experience colleagues and be expected to attend the office at least one day per week. This in-office presence fosters meaningful collaboration, particularly with our Client Experience team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure alignment on project requirements, scope deadlines, and project plan schedules.
  • Lead project meetings to drive decision making, identify and mitigate risks.
  • Manage projects in alignment with contractual agreements.
  • Prepare status reports using relevant data and insights.
  • Establish and execute effective communication plans.
  • Manage scope, including change requests and assess their impact on timelines and budgets.
  • Secure client acceptance and manage satisfaction during project transitions.

Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience - essential
