Help Shape the Future of Regulatory Technology

Confluence is looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to lead the growth of Signal across the UK, Ireland and Nordic markets. Signal supports asset managers with shareholder disclosure and regulatory reporting requirements, helping firms navigate an increasingly complex regulatory environment with greater confidence and efficiency.

The Opportunity

This role sits within our New Logo Sales team and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within a growing part of the business. You’ll be responsible for developing new business opportunities across a broad range of asset managers, from specialist investment firms to some of the world’s largest institutional organisations. Working closely with Product, Marketing, Client Management and Subject Matter Experts, you’ll help organisations modernise key regulatory and compliance processes while contributing to Signal’s continued growth across the region.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Driving new business growth across the UK, Ireland and Nordic markets.
  • Building and executing a territory strategy aligned to ambitious growth objectives.
  • Developing relationships with senior stakeholders across Compliance, Regulatory Reporting, Operations and executive leadership teams.
  • Managing complex enterprise sales opportunities from initial engagement through to close.
  • Generating and maintaining a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Working collaboratively across Product, Marketing and Client teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Positioning Signal's evolving capabilities and innovation roadmap to prospective clients.

What skills and experience do I need to succeed?

We’re interested in speaking with experienced sales professionals who have a track record of winning new business and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven enterprise software, fintech, regtech or data sales experience.
  • Strong new business and enterprise sales track record.
  • Intermediate to expert-level knowledge of shareholder disclosure, regulatory reporting and the associated compliance landscape.
  • Experience working with asset managers or related financial services firms.
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across Compliance, Regulatory Reporting and Operations functions.
  • Strong business development, territory management and relationship‑building skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce and modern prospecting tools.
  • Buy-side operations solutions experience.

We offer flexible working options for all employees. You will be based with the team in St Pauls, London, with hybrid working around 2 days per week in office, alongside some home working and travel.
