Job Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts (together with external bookkeeper)
- Generate management reports and bank reconciliations
- Handle basic bookkeeping for the Company and entities relating to the Company
- Responsible for all transactional accounting activities: AP, AR, GL, Inventory, etc.
- Handle GST, Payroll, tax matters, Govt grants inventory & equipment etc
- Ensuring on time delivery of all reports according to management’s schedule
- Build good internal control system and procedures
- Organize and coordinate HR generalist tasks and recruitment activities
- Organize and coordinate onboarding programs, training programs, business meetings, events and networking activities
- Creative in recruitment methods including by social media (Tik Tok, Instagram, Linkedin etc)
- Administrative and Personal Assistant scope to CEO
Skills And Experience Required:
- You have a minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in accountancy or equivalent, with at least 2 years of working experience and familiar with IFRS, group consolidation etc.
- This position is ideal to candidates with experience in a start-up experience.
- Fresh Graduates or candidates without experience but able to fulfil the scope are welcome to apply as well.
