With an expanding client base and ambitious growth plans they are looking for a senior product leader to shape and drive the next phase of their platform evolution.
The Role
This is a hands-on leadership role for a Product Manager / Head of Product who can define vision and execute delivery. You will own the end-to-end product strategy for the platform suite leading design, development and continuous enhancement while working closely with engineering, commercial and operations teams. You will balance strategic thinking with day-to-day product management and be comfortable setting direction while also diving into user stories, sprint planning and product decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy and roadmap across the employee benefits and payments platform
- Lead the evolution of the product suite including new features, integrations and UX improvements
- Work hands-on with engineering teams in an agile environment to deliver high-quality releases
- Translate business goals and customer needs into clear product requirements and prioritised backlogs
- Drive user-centred design ensuring intuitive and engaging experiences across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, marketing and customer success to align product direction with market demand
