About the Company
Configured Recruitment is working with a fast-growing B2B technology platform operating at the intersection of employee benefits and payments. Their mission is to simplify how organisations reward, engage and support their people through seamless, scalable and modern financial and benefits solutions. With an expanding client base and ambitious growth plans they are looking for a senior product leader to shape and drive the next phase of their platform evolution.
The Role
This is a hands-on leadership role for a Product Manager / Head of Product who can define vision and execute delivery. You will own the end-to-end product strategy for the platform suite leading design, development and continuous enhancement while working closely with engineering, commercial and operations teams. You will balance strategic thinking with day-to-day product management and be comfortable setting direction while also diving into user stories, sprint planning and product decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy and roadmap across the employee benefits and payments platform
- Lead the evolution of the product suite including new features, integrations and UX improvements
- Work hands-on with engineering teams in an agile environment to deliver high-quality releases
- Translate business goals and customer needs into clear product requirements and prioritised backlogs
- Drive user-centred design ensuring intuitive and engaging experiences across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, marketing and customer success to align product direction with market demand

- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Head of Product in a B2B technology environment
- Strong background in platforms ideally within fintech, payments or employee benefits
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and execution levels
- Experience working closely with engineering teams with strong technical fluency
- Demonstrated ability to define and deliver product roadmaps that drive business impact
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
