Configured Recruitment is partnering with a growing technology business looking to hire a Process Improvement Analyst to support operational and systems improvement initiatives across the company. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys improving the way businesses operate, streamlining processes and becoming a go-to person for advocating / championing systems and technology internally. You do not need to be the finished article, we are looking for someone with solid foundations, curiosity and the drive to develop.

Reporting into a Senior Process Improvement Manager, you'll have the chance to learn, take ownership of key initiatives and help transform how the company is operating.

The Role

  • You'll help identify operational inefficiencies, map and improve processes, support automation initiatives and act as a technology and systems champion across the business.
  • This role combines operational improvement with technology enablement making it ideal for someone who enjoys both process thinking and systems optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support process improvement initiatives across operational teams
  • Map and document current and future-state business processes
  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and automation
  • Work with internal stakeholders to improve workflows and ways of working
  • Support implementation and optimisation of business systems and tools
  • Act as an internal tech champion helping teams better utilise systems and technology
  • Analyse operational pain points and recommend practical improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For

Ideal Experience

  • Some experience supporting process improvement or operational change initiatives
  • Exposure to process mapping and workflow optimisation
  • Comfortable working with systems, tools and technology platforms
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving
  • Interest in automation and operational efficiency
  • Experience within payments, fintech, SaaS or consultancy environments would be beneficial but not essential
