CONFIEZ-NOUS recherche pour ses agences de Saint-Leu-d'Esserent et Mouy des collaborateurs(trices) motivé(e)s pour accompagner nos bénéficiaires au quotidien. Nous proposons des postes en CDI à temps plein ou temps partiel, selon vos disponibilités. Les missions sont diversifiées et enrichissantes, avec un réel impact sur le bien-être des personnes que nous accompagnons.
Vous interviendrez chez des particuliers pour les aider dans leur vie quotidienne :
- Maintien à domicile de personnes en perte d'autonomie
- Accompagnement dans les gestes de la vie quotidienne, soins d'hygiène corporelle et confort
- Réalisation de courses, préparation des repas, aide aux formalités administratives
- Participation à la vie sociale et accompagnement dans les sorties
- Ménage, repassage et entretien du logement
- Suivi de l'état de santé, observation des comportements et transmission des informations aux interlocuteurs concernés (famille, médecin...)
Interventions sectorisées selon votre lieu d'habitation, mais mobilité nécessaire pour certaines missions. Horaires flexibles : matin, après-midi, soir, week-end, jours fériés (VSD).
