We’re working with a Building Control provider in Hertfordshire to recruit a Registered Building Inspector with a minimum of Class 2A registration. This flexible contract opportunity is ideal for RBIs seeking a domestic-focused caseload, with the option to take on commercial inspections if you're more experienced.
Whether you’re newly Class 2A or a seasoned inspector, you’ll be supported by a professional team and have access to varied and ongoing work in a well-organised region.
Key Benefits:- £55 – £65 per hour, depending on experience and registration level
- Flexible working hours – up to 37.5 hours per week (part-time options available)

- Previous experience in Building Control, either public or private sector
- Working knowledge of UK Building Regulations
