A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Building Control Team Leader / Registered Building Inspector to join our client's team across the Midlands area on an initial 6-month rolling contract, with a strong likelihood of extension.
Role
- Provide leadership and technical oversight to a Building Control team.
- Support Building Regulations plan checking and site inspection services across a range of domestic and/or commercial projects (grade dependent).
- Previous experience leading or managing Registered Building Inspectors and having operated at Principal RBI, Team Leader, or Manager level is required.
