A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Building Inspector to provide Building Safety Regulator (BSR) support via a Local Authority on a part-time contract basis. This opportunity would suit an RBI seeking additional workload alongside an existing contract, consultancy, or permanent position. The authority is looking to engage an experienced professional who can provide specialist BSR support and is open to considering suitable candidates at market rates.
The Role
You will provide Building Safety Regulator-related support on behalf of the Local Authority, assisting with the delivery of regulatory responsibilities and helping to ensure projects progress in line with current Building Regulations and Building Safety Act requirements. This is a predominantly remote opportunity offering flexibility around working hours and workload management.
