A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Building Control Surveyor / Registered Building Inspector (Class 2D and above) to join our client's team in London on a long-term contract basis.
The Role: You will deliver Building Regulations plan checking and site inspection services across a range of domestic and/or commercial projects.
- £60‑£70 per hour, depending on experience
- Long‑term contract with strong extension potential
- Inside IR35 (Outside a possibility)
- Full‑time role with part‑time flexibility available
Requirements:
- Registered Building Inspector (Class 2D or above)
