A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Building Control Manager to join a Local Authority in the West Midlands on a 6-month rolling contract, with strong potential to move onto a long-term contract after the initial period.
The Role: You will be responsible for leading and managing a Building Control team, overseeing service delivery across plan checking and site inspections, whilst ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and maintaining high service standards.
