Part-time Opportunity – Class 3 RBI – Oxfordshire Area
Location: Oxfordshire
Contract: 6 Month Initial Contract

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Class 3 Registered Building Inspector to support a client on a part-time basis. This role is initially set up as predominantly remote, making it ideal for an experienced Class 3 RBI seeking flexibility alongside a long-term project with future progression potential. Over time, the role will transition into a hybrid arrangement with occasional site presence required in the Oxford area depending on project needs.
The Role:
You will provide Building Control support across a developing portfolio of projects, working closely with the wider team whilst helping support the authority’s long-term growth plans. The council is specifically looking for candidates with Class 3 experience/qualification who are comfortable operating in a senior technical capacity.
Key Details:
- 2 days per week
- Initially remote-based
- Future hybrid working arrangement in the Oxford area
- Site presence expected further down the line (approximately 1–2 days on site)
