Registered Building Inspector - Class 2A+ (Contract) Rate: £60 - £65 per hour (Outside IR35) Location: London (within the M25) Employment Type: Contract Overview Confido are exclusively partnering with a well-established and highly regarded Building Control team, supporting them with a confidential opportunity that has arisen for a Registered Building Inspector (Class 2A+) on an Outside IR35 contract basis. This role is focused purely on site inspections across a range of domestic projects within the M25. The position offers a flexible and manageable workload, with projects located in close proximity to one another, making it well-suited to contractors seeking a balanced and sustainable day-to-day routine. Our client will consider candidates on both part time and full time hours, with areas adapted to suit your location. They will also consider candidates on a 'per inspection' basis. Key Responsibilities * Undertake site inspections across a range of domestic building projects. * Ensure compliance with current Building Regulations and associated legislation. * Accurately record site findings and provide clear, concise reports. * Liaise with contractors, developers, and other stakeholders on-site to resolve queries.
