A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Building Control Surveyor / Registered Building Inspector (Class 2A+) to join our client’s team across in the Lincolnshire area on an initial 3–6 month rolling contract, with strong potential to move onto a long-term 12 month rolling contract after the initial period.
The Role: You will deliver Building Regulations plan checking and site inspection services across a range of domestic and/or commercial projects (RBI grade dependent).
- £50–£55 per hour
- Initial 3–6 month contract with strong extension with high likelihood of being upgraded to 12 month rolling contract after initial period.
- Outside IR35 available
- Full-time role with part-time flexibility available
