Director of Building Regulations | £120k + Shares + 15% Bonus Location: UK-wide / Remote Salary: Up to £120,000 + Immediate Share Options + 15% Bonus I’m currently working with a highly progressive Building Safety consultancy that is looking to appoint a Director of Building Regulations to take a leading role across its growing BSA and Building Regulations division. This is a newly created senior leadership position, with responsibility for heading up Building Regulations across the business, supporting major projects, overseeing delivery and playing a key role at board level. The Opportunity The successful candidate will take ownership of: * Leading and developing the Building Regulations / BSA team * Providing senior oversight across major projects, including schemes valued at £600m–£1bn+ * Client engagement, bids and commercial oversight * Resolving complex project and technical issues, with the ability to drop into delivery when required * Developing further BRPD and site inspection capabilities alongside the existing BSA offering * Supporting the business's longer-term growth strategy, including potential development of an RBCA offering * Working closely with the BSR through existing partnerships around secondments and revalidation * The existing BSA side of the business already generates around £4m turnover, with an established technical and operational team in place. About You We're interested in senior professionals who can combine strong technical/project delivery capability with genuine leadership and commercial ambition. You may already be operating at Director level, or could be a high-calibre Class 3H professional ready to step into a broader leadership position. The key is someone who can operate strategically at board level while still having the technical credibility to get involved in delivery and resolve complex issues.
