We have had an influx of roles for L3 Registered Building Inspectors to take up site inspections in and around London, we have a variety of roles available on either a full-time, part-time or ADHOC basis. The Role: This is a Building Control Surveyor (Registered Building Inspector) opportunity (L3 RBI’s only) whereby you will mostly be working to provide building regulations site assessments on a contract basis. The workload includes anything from bread & butter commercial all the way up to HRB’s (and everything in-between). * Rate: Both hourly and per inspection rates available: £70 – £85/hr or up to £250/inspection DOE. * Contract Length: Long running contract (Could run indefinitely for the right candidate). * IR35: Outside IR35 available. * Hours: Variety of roles with certain roles providing complete flexibility; Full time, Part-time or ADHOC all an option (can also be ran alongside a current role if needed).
