A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Building Control Manager to join our client’s team in the Buckinghamshire area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Building Control professional to lead a supportive team, overseeing the delivery of a high-quality Building Control service whilst managing operational performance and ensuring compliance with the Building Regulations and associated legislation. The authority is offering a long-term contract opportunity with the potential for extension.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the Building Control team, providing technical leadership, supporting Registered Building Inspectors, allocating workloads, and ensuring the efficient delivery of both plan checking and site inspection services. You will work closely with other team members to maintain service standards and drive continuous improvement across the department.
