A new and rare opportunity has arisen for an L2B+ Registered Building Inspector to join a Building Control team as a Remote Plan Checker on an initial 3-month contract due to a continued influx in work. The majority of the workload consists of Class 2A and 2B projects, though there is opportunity to get involved in 2D-F for anyone with suitable RBI accreditation. This is a flexible role and can be worked around other commitments.
