Workspace Services Receptionist
Pay: Β£15.71 PAYE OR Β£20.65 Umbrella per hour
Contract: Full-time Temporary (37.5 hours per week)
Location: Hatton Garden & Southgate - ideally close to North London
About the Role
We're looking for a professional and organised Workspace Services Receptionist to support the Workspace Services team. This role combines front-of-house reception duties with administrative support, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming and professional reception service for staff, visitors, clients, and suppliers.
- Manage visitor sign-in processes and meeting room bookings.
- Carry out general administrative duties, including filing, document preparation, and record management.
- Raise and track maintenance requests through CAFM systems.
- Process purchase orders and invoices through the helpdesk system.
- Maintain supplier records and operational documentation.
- Monitor and replenish workplace stock and supplies.
- Organise meetings, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
- Support colleagues and provide team cover when required.
- Follow health & safety procedures and company policies.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in reception, facilities, or office administration.
- Strong Microsoft Office and general IT skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Well organised with strong attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional, proactive, and approachable manner.
- Experience building positive relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.
