Our client is looking for an experienced and fully competent Security Systems Installation Engineer to join its established team in West Midlands.
This position is suited to a fully fledged engineer who can confidently manage installation work from start to finish, work independently on customer sites and deliver installations to a consistently high standard.
Key Responsibilities Installing, commissioning and testing intruder alarm systems
Carrying out upgrades and modifications to existing systems
Diagnosing and resolving technical faults
Reading technical drawings and planning installations
Completing all required paperwork and installation records
Providing customers with clear system demonstrations
Ensuring work is completed safely, professionally and to current industry standards
Representing the company professionally when working in customers homes and commercial premises
Candidate Requirements Strong, proven experience installing intruder alarm systems
Fully competent in completing installations independently
Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Experience working within domestic and commercial environments
Knowledge of CCTV, access control and fire alarm systems would be advantageous
Good communication and xrnqpay customer-service skills
Reliable, organised and able to manage a local workload
Full UK driving licence
Package Salary of £38,000£50,000, depending on experience
