Job Title: Accounts Assistant
Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: Β£26,500 - Β£27,000
Top of the range will be offered to a candidate with at least 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in accounts who can support with billing, reconciliations, payments, and general finance administration. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key player in the day-to-day operations of the finance function in a supportive and professional environment. Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing client and office account transactions.
- Processing payments, receipts and bank reconciliations.
- Supporting fee earners with billing and financial queries.
- Raising invoices and allocating incoming payments.
- Assisting with Legal Aid billing and general finance administration.
- Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
- Undertake any other general ad-hoc duties as required
Ideally, You Will:
- Have a minimum of 1 year's experience within an Accounts Assistant or similar finance role.
- Be confident with bank reconciliations, payments, and invoice processing.
- Have strong communication skills and be comfortable building relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Have strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Be able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively as part of a team.
