We are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Assistant or Paralegal with a solid background in property law to enhance our team. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a structured, supportive environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Assist in the handling of all aspects of residential conveyancing from start to finish.
- Prepare and manage documents and correspondence related to property transactions.
- Conduct property searches, draft contracts, and liaise with clients, lenders, and agents.
- Maintain accurate records and manage case files efficiently.
- Provide support to senior conveyancers and ensure compliance with all legal standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years (+) of experience in residential conveyancing; this position is not suitable for recent LLB graduates wishing to progress as a SRA Solicitor as the firm is registered with the CLC.
- Proficient in managing multiple cases with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and professionals.
- Familiarity with conveyancing software and case management systems.
